The DubaiRelator app uses a dataset of about 6,300 buildings across the UAE derived from OpenStreetMap. As the Open Database License requires, we make that dataset available here under the same licence.

The app refreshes its data daily from /data/v1/manifest.json, which names the current file. Its buildings part is the same OpenStreetMap-derived dataset, under the same licence.

What is not included
The price, rent and yield estimates shown in the app are not part of this dataset. They are area-based estimates, not building-specific data.
