An account in DubaiRelator is optional. If you made one, you can delete it and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open DubaiRelator on iPhone or Android and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.
This deletes straight away your sign-in account (email, name, user ID, sign-in method) and the saved buildings stored with it.
By email
No longer have the app? Email contact@dubairelator.com from the address you signed in with (for Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us that and we will help you find the account). We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is kept
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, our subscription provider, as long as billing, fraud prevention and the law require. Copies in our provider’s backups expire on its own schedule. Saved buildings on your phone stay there until you remove them or delete the app.
حذف الحساب
الحساب في DubaiRelator اختياري. لحذفه افتح التطبيق، ثم الملف الشخصي، ثم حذف الحساب. يُحذف حساب تسجيل الدخول والمباني المحفوظة معه فورًا. أو راسلنا من البريد الذي سجّلت به على contact@dubairelator.com ونحذفه خلال 30 يومًا. حذف الحساب لا يُلغي الاشتراك، فألغِه من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play.
